30ml NDC Native Gin
20ml Campari
15ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish; Fresh Expressed Orange Peel
Mix all ingredients in to a vessel, add ice and stir for 45 seconds. Take a chilled old fashioned rock glass, add a large square piece of ice and strain the liquid over ice. Rub rim and outer of glass with expressed orange peel, place peel in drink and enjoy.
