Welcome to the rebirth of Aotearoa’s first native liqueur.
We are proud to introduce the official Tī-toki green crock, our signature handcrafted vessel and the new home of Tī-toki Liqueur.
Each crock is individually made and hand-glazed by artist and owner Karuna Douglas, meaning subtle variations in colour, texture and finish make every vessel unique.
Created in small quantities, these handcrafted crocks take time to produce. Our first release is limited and expected to sell quickly, with further batches to follow as each new collection is completed.
Crafted in Hawke’s Bay with Mānuka honey, kawakawa, Gisborne oranges and tītoki, and the spirit of the forest.
On the nose, Tī-toki Liqueur opens with floral Mānuka honey, lifted by citrus zest and the scent of the forest.
The palate moves in harmony, with silky Mānuka sweetness, the gentle heat of kawakawa, bright orange vibrancy and earthy, grounding tītoki.
The finish is long, smooth and warming, bringing Aotearoa’s native botanicals into balance.
